Escape Room Supervision Policy
If any players in your group are 9 years old or younger, please note our supervision rule:
The Rule: At least 1 parent must be inside the escape room with the youth.
Per Room: If you book multiple rooms, each room requires its own supervising parent.
Is there a minimum number of players required to book?
We require a minimum 3-player ticket purchase to book a room. You are welcome to play with just two people, but a 3-player minimum ticket purchase is required for the reservation.
How long does each mission last?
Each of our five unique escape rooms lasts for exactly 60 minutes.
Will we be paired with strangers?
No. We only allow private bookings, ensuring you never have to worry about playing with people outside of your own group
When should we arrive for our booking?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure your mission starts exactly on time.
How much does it cost to play?
Standard 60-minute games are $32.00 + Tax per person. Reduced youth pricing is available for ages 6 to 13 at $30 with the purchase of at least one adult ticket.
How many people are allowed in an escape game?
Each Escape Game has a different limit on how many can play. When booking your Escape Game online, you will see how many spots are available for that Escape Game at that time and how many players the room holds. If you don’t book all the available spots, don’t worry. The game will be private and only your group will be in the game room no matter how many spots you book.
Are we really locked in?
No. The fire marshall (and our insurance company) did not think that would be a good idea. You are able to leave the Escape Game at any time, but we suggest you give yourself at least a chance to leave with your dignity by solving all the puzzles first
Are children allowed? Is there an age limit?
We allow kids from age 4 to 100. We ask that children under 5 come with adult supervision at all times. Players 13 and younger must have a paid adult in the game with them.
Are the escape rooms handicap accessible?
Yes! All of our escape rooms are ADA accessible. Please contact our booking office for questions.
What Is Your Alcohol Policy?
Our policy is that we do not allow alcohol on the premises. We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to any players who are intoxicated or causing a disturbance. There will be no refunds for these situations. Strictly No Smoking and No Vaping either.
LOCATION & PAYMENT
Do I have to pay when I book my game?
A one-player non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your game, and you can simply pay the rest at check-in. Note that all rooms require a 3-ticket minimum purchase, even if only 2 players are participating.

We are located at 580 Atlanta Hwy, Suite 204 B, Cumming, GA 30040.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers for 1-10 players can be purchased and customized online to be printed or emailed to your recipient.
What is your refund policy?
We take a deposit while booking, that is non- refundable which will be $32.10, but we allow one change in time or date if you call 24 hrs before your booking.
PARTIES & BUYOUTS
Do you offer food options for parties and groups?
We offer over-the-counter snacks and drinks for purchase. For specific catering needs for your party or group event, please contact us directly.
Can we bring our own cake for birthdays?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes, provided they are store-bought or made in a commercial kitchen
Do you provide party supplies like utensils, food, and drinks?
Our packages do not include party supplies, utensils, or food—we simply provide the space for you to celebrate. However, we are happy to help arrange catering. Please contact us for more details!
Do you offer private facility rentals?
Yes, we offer private facility rentals from Monday to Friday only. Please call us for more details and availability.
Can we book group packages online?
No, Because of the logistics involved, all corporate and birthday packages must be booked in advance. Please contact us to coordinate!
