THE FINE PRINT

Is a deposit required for group bookings?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all group bookings to secure your date. This deposit is applied toward your final balance but is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Please contact us directly to book! Since we offer specialized discounted pricing for schools, church groups, and 501(c) organizations (like a 10% discount), we handle these bookings over the phone to ensure you get the best rate.

For groups larger than 40 people, we use a split-session flow. The first 40 participants will play their escape rooms, and the remaining participants will play in the next available time slots immediately following.

Players 13 and younger must have a paid adult in the room with them. Players aged 14 and older are welcome to play the escape rooms on their own.

Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and drinks, including personal water bottles. If you are hosting a group and prefer to let us handle the food, we also offer customizable partnered catering and pizza options!
